Bringing musical theater experiences to our community through quality live performances perfect for the whole family is our mission.  

BK Musical Productions has produced musicals through North Thurston public schools for the past 16 years. We found ourselves surrounded by a team of parents and volunteers who valued what we were doing for children’s theater. A few years ago, we were approached to do a summer program. From that need Bretschneider & Kirkwood Musical Productions was born.

The goal of this group is to bring a low cost alternative with a family friendly approach to live theater. We take into consideration special needs of the individual children, families with multiple participants, family commitments and create an atmosphere where children can excel in an encouraging theatrical environment.
